Can't map shared drive on Win2008r2 server to Win7 Professional

I have a Win2008 r2 running Terminal Services as an application server, I have an app that uses RDP protocol to create a connection from the Users PC. I have shared a folder on the root drive and named it, share has been done using Advanced sharing and user has full control on share, also has modify on NTFS permissions, Network discovery has been turned on.

User machine is in UK, server is in States, I can see the share on the users PC, but when I try to access it via the server I can't see the PC, I can however reach my own PC shared folders.

All Users machines and running Win7 pro SP1 fully updated etc.

Server is Win 2008 r2

Any ideas?
