There was a unexpected restart occurred in Windows 10 and after restarting the computer I can't connect to the VPN with this machine, my other machine can connect to the VPN.
This error is occurring, I will highly appreciate if someone can help me to resolve this issue.

This can be caused by a problem in the VPN transmission and is commonly the result of internet latency or simply that your vpn server has reached capacity. Please try to reconnect to the vpn server. if this problem persist, contact the VPN administrator and analyze quality of network connectivity.
I also unable to ping my VPN server with this machine.
