XP mode causes BSOD when starting

Hello

I installed xp mode on Dell Vostro windows 7 professional OS.  It works for around 5 starts then causes BSOD.  I uninstalled and reinstalled windows virtual pc and xp mode with same results.  DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
