Problem with NTBACKUP in Windows 7 Professional
I have Windows 7 Professional. Running backup on the XP side (using NTBACKUP) with a BAT file doesn't work.
I run NTBACKUP interactively and save the job selections (I selected to save the C: drive, then click Job > Save Selections).
When I run a BAT file to run this job (ie use these selections) it runs for 2 seconds and doesn't save anything.
The BAT file is fine. The job runs and produces a report but finds 0 directories in C:.
When I do the same thing interactively NTBACKUP creates a 5.3 GB backup file. (I'm not sure this is correct because in the Properties for C: it says 6.9 GB).
When run interactively it finds the C: drive. When run with a BAT file it doesn't.
