Hi,
I am trying to install Windows 7 in Microsoft Virtual PC. Both 32 bit
I installed the Virtual PC, enabled virtualization in BIOS, created a new machine.
I get a prompt screen, telling me to insert my boot device. Put the disc in - it's the disc boot disc I created when I downloaded Win 7 and installed Win 7 on my machine using it, so I would think it would work.
Then I get the CLIENT MAC ADD: and the spinning pipe until it finally loops back to tell me to insert the boot disc. Repeat, repeat.
I've seen similar questions, but haven't seen the solution I'm looking for.
Can anyone tell me if I've missed a step along the way ? Do I need to change a setting for my networK?
I am running an older Toshiba Satellite laptop, wondering if it's just not capable.
