Default Lnguage in Windows XP Mode

I have installed Windows XP Mode and Windows Virtual PC on Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

In XP Mode I change the default language from US English to Australian English using the Language Bar. This works.

However when I reboot or close Windows XP, after a Windows Update or for other reasons, the default language reverts to US English.

Is it possible to set up XP Mode so that the default language remains as Australian English after a reboot?
